Unlike other senior care directories, Kinporch does not accept referral fees from facilities. No facility can pay to rank higher, get better reviews, or appear more prominently in search results. What you see is what the data shows. Period.

Where Our Data Comes From

CMS.gov (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services)

Our primary data source is the federal government's official database of certified healthcare facilities, including star ratings, inspection reports, deficiency citations, facility type, bed count, and certification status.

State Licensing Databases

Each state maintains its own licensing database for assisted living facilities, memory care communities, and other residential care providers.

Regional Cost Data

Our cost estimates are based on Genworth Cost of Care surveys, state-level Medicaid reimbursement rates, and publicly reported facility pricing.
